I've read about the Boone-DNA Testing Project which is described at the website  www.boone-dna.com  and/or in personal mail sent to me through the US Postal Service, and I would like to participate.  I understand that the results of this test will help determine whether or not the project participants are descended from a common male ancestor, and I understand that a specific ancestry will not be targeted.

Since the Boone/e name is so widely used, there is more than one family line identified.

FamilyTree DNA www.familytreedna.com  has offered our Boone Group a discounted price of $99.00 plus $4.00 postage = $103.00 for 12 markers.

Upon request for a DNA sample kit, one will be ordered from FamilyTree DNA in Houston, Texas  www.familytreedna.com  and mailed to you.  After participant completes the swab test, return the sample kit to FamilyTree DNA in enclosed pre-addressed envelope.  The Application and Pedigree Chart is to be sent to the Boone-DNA Project at the address below.

 Make check payable to FamilyTree DNA.  Include your kit number on your check and return it with your kit within 30 days in the enclosed envelope. 

I am enclosing my completed Pedigree Chart which contains my male Boone line back to my earliest known ancestor.  I have included dates and places of birth/dates/marriages, where they resided and name of spouse to assist in the matching of potential lines.  ANCESTOR or PEDIGREE CHART IS REQUIRED.
